Employee Provident Fund office Kandivali
Did not receive my PF

Dear Sir,

I resigned from my previous job at Gundecha Education Academy in May the PF form was submitted by the school. Till date I' haven't received my PF. I sent a notice and also tried calling the PF office but it was fruitless.

My pf number is MH/93743/143.

Please look into the matter
