EPF claim

I was working with Hutchinson Whampao Ltd (3G) at Pune, had submitted my PF claim form at the company in August I ve checked the status online wherin the PF office at Bandra received it on the 8th of November which is still in process uptill date, I had also submitted my Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROBND/E/26589, in for which the response was that my claim would be settled shortly as its still at at DA initiator level. The grievance was hence closed, I have still not received any further communication and still waiting for my PF claim.
