My Important Article was Deliverd to Unknown Person

Dear Sir,

With ref. to mention above sub, My Income tax Return Cheque was dipatch from Mumbai Office Om 13th Aug through EMS Speed Post via. GPO Post Office Raopura, vadodara to my Old Resident Address at Manjalpur, (Speed Post Ref No: EY21214944 IN) But From Last 6 to 7 Month Iam Not Staying in that Addresss, However the Speed Post Man was Deliverd the Article on 18 th Aug to some other Unknown Person to the same Surdhara Complex, and Forget to getting the Name and Phone Nos, and Identitiy Proof of that Person, When I came to Know on date 30 Aug throuh online Refund Status, I was Shocked and the status showes that my Article Alredy deliverd on 18 th Aug So i will Contact to GPO Post Office Raopura, Vadodara .and Concern Post man and Enquired all matter, But unable to Find out the Person and My Article, I requested to Pls. Launch My Complaint Against the Irreposibility of Post man and their dept.
