Dear Sir,
Subject: Request for issue of stop order against illegal construction work in the building compound of Environ Enclave, sector 14, plot no. 77, Kopar khairane, also reconstruction of shop no.1 which was previously demolished by your department as it was not as per NMMC approved plan. If not re-constructed as per NMMC approved plan demolishing order may be issued as per procedure and provision of law.
I want to bring to your kind notice that some construction work is going on in the building compound of Environ Enclave, which I am not aware of, and I do not know whether necessary permission has been obtained from your department. In case this construction work is illegal then I request you to kindly issue a stop work order and stop the work if it is not as per approved building plan and ask them to demolish the same as per law and procedure necessary demolishing order may also be issued.
With reference to the above, since I was not residence for more than one month in the above building I have now come to know that other members of our building have constructed the main gate and some construction work is in progress in the building compound of Environ Enclave, plot no.77, sector 14, Koparkhairne
I would like to bring to your kind notice that if the above work is being done with proper permission from your ward office, or has been done illegally. If illegally done you may issue stop work or demolishing order as per procedure and provision of law
Secondly the shop which was demolished by your department has been re- constructed in my absence. I feel that the same is not as per approved NMMC plan of our building, therefore please depute your personal and have the same measured to verify if the same shop has been re constructed as per NMMC approved plan. In case the shop re- constructed is not as per approved plan you may issue demolish order as per provision of law.
