Epf not received

I have submit an application with new bank account no., to transfer the fund in my new acoount no. but thare is no response from last 3 months . i have called to pf office vashi at maharastra from there i have got total satus of my pf a/c that is given below

my pf no. is: mh/vashi/118056/48006

cheque no. 889595 amount ;8466 date 18-8-10

cheque no.951173 amount :4034 date 18-8-10

so please send it as soon as possible.
