As per the information provided by RO office, final settlement of my claim was processed via NEFT to for credit of Citibank Na, MUMBAI A/c no. 5122643117 as per below details:
Cheque No.-958016
PF Amount: Rs 28039
EPS Amount: Rs 13961
Date: 30-09
I have received PF Amount of Rs 28039 on 14th OCT-10 but have not received EPS amount Rs.13961 to my citi account.
I have raised a grievance case ROBND/E/03667 to RO officefor the same. They replied as below:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROBND/E/03667.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (s) has been taken:
Your application is at final process of settlement, will get done very soon through NEFT PF - Rs. 28039/- EPS - Rs.13961/- will be forwarded to your banker Citi Bank, A/c no. 5122643117, NEFT Code CITI0100000, Mumbai branch Complainant is requested to kindly check with banker"
When I tried to contact my Citi bank they were saying that they have got only PF amount which is already credited to my account.
Again I have raised another grievance case ROBND/E/05798 to RO officefor the same and I have got the same reply.
I am really frustrated now because it's been more than 6 months of the status and I don't where is my money.
So, I kindly request you to help me out in this situation.
