PF not received

Hello,

My name is Dennis Victor and I applied for my PF after 3yrs of quitting HP and it was told that it will take 90 - 120 days for the PF to be settled and the gov web site is just throwing me out when I enter my PF acc # which is KN/13015/023326, please advice how to get my PF at the earliest before my money is taken and eaten by the govt officials working @ the PF office, thanking you
