Pnesion Maount Pending

Dear Sir,

I Sarvesh K Shakya was working with Reliance Tech Services Navi Mumbai. I left the componey in Oct. And i have applied for withdrawl of my PF amount. I Have got the pf amount but not the pension amount. My PF account number is MH/464599437.

Kindly help me to get the pension amount asap.
