PF Withdrawal

Hi,

My name isPRASHANT MISHRA. I worked for METLIFE INDIA INSURENCE CO.L.T.D. I have sumitted the PF Witdrawal form to my previous Employer. They have submitted to EPFO, Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan, No.13, Raja Ram Mohan. Roy Road, Bangalore – 560 025.

But till date, I get the answer they have not received the application. I enquired from my previous employer on the submission of PF withdrawal to the PF office and was shown with acknowledgement of submission
