Non-receipt of PF claims from EPFO Office

Dear Sir,

I had submitted a PF claim for my friend: Mr Sarat Singh Thounaojam through his previous employer "M/s Indian National Press ". His PF account no. is MH/1200/ 1805.The PF Claim form ie. Form 19 had been submitted a number of months back. However till date the PF money has been credited to his account as reported.

Request to kindly expedite the same and settle the claim immediately.
