EPFO, Bandra
Never picks up Phone

This is so disgusting & ridiculous. At one end Govt of India is trying to make the EPF system congestion free by implimenting technologies, whereas in Mumbai EPFO guys dont even bother to pick up the phone. I suspect they just hang-up the phone lines during the office hour.

I am following up my PF transfer which has to happen from Baroda PFO to Bandra PFO.The Baroda PFO gave me all details over the phone but here in Bandra I've never got through their phone lines & don't even know what's happening to my PF amount.

Can anybody tell me how to approach Bandra PFO to get a status of my transferred PF amount from Baroda to Bandra???
