Not responding over phone

Sir,

None of the phone numbers are mentioned in EPFO directory are either it is not functioning or not attending. If the customer wanted to know any single information they had to go to the EPFO office. This is happening with the above mentioned office. I have made a compliant almost two years back still not at all progress happened. I have tried around 100 times in different days and different times in mostly all the phone numbers, which, was available in the directory. Kindly take necessary action against this.
