Pf amount not credited

Dear sir,

PF no Tn/40497/8927

I have appled for PF Withdrawal, As contacted at Chennai ofice i was told that my account has been settled and the amount of Rs 1592 & 5569 are sent for transfer on 24th of january to my icic bank account no 00581535167 (Mohali Punjab)

IFSC code ICIC000058. after 1 week when no amount was transferred i again contacted your office i was told that there is osme problem wiht SBI ECS transfer facility, i was given number Asstt commisioner accounts to get the details, whn i contacted AC accounts he told me that SBI has wrongly mentioned the account numbers of ICIC bank and all ECS are declined the proble will be rectified soon. when nothing happend i again contacted AC acounts he told me to contact SBI directley and given me his number, i conctactd SBI also they are saying that no such amount has come fro transaction, this too after 1 week.i again contacted your PF office they told me to send fax to Regional comissioner PF office.

Sir, request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve te issue at earliest, as i am following up for my claim from last 2 yeras.
