Hi

I am very much disappointed with the services of the Provident Fund department at Uttar Pradesh and want to highlight my case herewith. I have applied for PF transfer to my existing company in UP in the month of April'11 by filling the Form 13s which was received at PF office Bareilly (UP) on 18 th April '11. But till date I have no intimation as to what is the status regarding the transfer my PF account. I have enquired my previous PF office Lucknow (UP).

I am quoting the requisite informations if they comes for any help in expediting the case.

In this regards I have logged complaint in EPFIGMS an Email service provided by EPF department. My complaint no. was SRBLY/E/00201, SRBLY/E/00196, SRBLY/E/00195 & SRLKO/E/00280 in which grievances they have not given any satisfactory answer regarding the transfer form -13 is where form 18 April to till date.

PF department have made regulation that all in operative PF account will not be entitled for interest in PF account. Who will be responsible for this, I have receipt of above form-13 which I have deposited in Bareilly PF office.
