PF Claim Amount

Dear Sir,

I am Machindranath Temkar from Mumbai (Maharashtra) having PF A/C No. MH2/3965. I have applied for my provident fund claim in Sept.

Till date I haven’t got my provident fund amount. The organization "Themis Medicare Ltd", Goregaon, Mumbai, Ii worked with said that they forwarded my PF Claim form, which was submitted on 15/12 Vide Receipt No # 80213186- Form -19 & Receipt No # 80213187-Form-10C. I have tried EPF Malad- Kandivali office contact numbers many times & visited several times but non availability of staff/officer to process & no response from them.

Please check and do the needful as soon as possible.
