Withdrawl Doc Submitted, But No response

I had submitted my pf withdrawl request (MH-37939-2603) in 2009 Dec, but received cheque with wrong bank accc no in 2010Apr. So it was returned. again sent the request in May. but now even in 1 and half yesr did not get any response.

we can't get in touch with any one in office, thee is no response on the phone even on mail. this way many people are suferring with this office. why this organization is being credite after diducting mony from people salary. while leaving job people has to suffer a lot to get this mony from this office?

just want to know what type of service PF Office providing?
