Delay of epf amount inthe account

Dear sir/madam

In this reagarding,

I had Submitted My Pf form 19 and 10C PF Office Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan Plot no.43 Sector 44 Gurgaon on 16.09.2011 for withdrawal of my provident fund but till date my PF amount has not credited in my bank account.
