PLAYING WITH COMMON MAN INSTEAD OF SETTLE MY EPF ACCOUNT

DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF EPF & EPS ACCOUNT

I have applied for settlement of my EPF & EPS ACOUNT since 23rd April even if i have added two reminders also to settle my EPF & EPS Account No - OR/15096/17 VIDE COMPLAIN & REMINDER NO - ROORI/E/00320.

But EPFO, RO, Bhubaneswar hopefully needs a time period of near about 1 - 2 years instead of 1-2 Months.

All Govt organisation are same they say something and do another. No organised peoples. Nothing. But they want common people to do everything in time. if common people delayed in making payment they have to pay interest with penalty. What about us? we are also suffered because of these delay. Who will pay penalty us?

This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROORI/E/00320.

It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (s) has been taken:

The stablishment has been recently covered and not migrated to the system as on date. Direction has been given to the Accounts branch to migrate the account in the new system and settle the PF dues.

Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office. Please quote the same in your future correspondence.

they just close my grievances without solution of my problems.

lets see when they will arrange to do all. it seems our officers are too busy with other activity for their own shakes.
