Sir/Madam,
I, Manoj Sharma, has received Massage from TIN-NSDL, that My PAN Card has been dispatched to me on my residential address on 13/07 through EXPESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD.. The above said company was totally fail to provide me my packet, while I was consistently providing my contact No, and Scanned copy of Address on their Customer Care E-mail Address "[email protected]". After all they had told me on 26/07 that My Packet has been returned to Pune (TIN-NSDL), and suggested me to confirm status on (TIN-NSDL) on 27/07. But now on 29/07, TIN-NSDL is not reflecting any such information of returning my packet, and along with it
the abovesaid Company has removed status check portal from their website against my airway bill no.2930809711, and if I am trying to contact on the Customer Care No. 912239539500, they are not ready to pick my phone.
Then what should I assume? My PAN card has been Misplaced by this irresponsible courier company.
Plz. tell me what should I do?
