Express IT Courier
Non Delivery of Docs

Dear Sir,

SBI Credit Card has dispatched a Credit Card through Express It Courier via DOC No. 8610949395 on 25-04.

When i came to know about the above mentioned matter then i contact to Express it Courier on 03-05 on their officia; no. 033-32944532 at 100 times but nobody has lift the phone. After that i visited at their branch which is located at near Kolkata Airport.

After that they have not handed over my consignment from their office. They told me that this consignment will be deleiver by next day i.e 04-05.

When i contact them on 04-05 then i came to know that due to shortage of manpower they are not able to delever the consignment at my home address. They have repeated the same statement on 5th of May ; 06-05, and 07-5.

At Last on 08-05, their courier boy visit my home and found that the addressee i.e. my self was not available, so they were not handed over the consignment to my Aunty, sister and Brother.

On 09-05-10 they have return the consignment to SBI Card.
