This is to complain about the POOR Quality of Service provided to us.
My father wanted to send the courier to me and it was very important to be delivered on time. He checked it in the Ranchi branch on 5th May and they told that it will reach to Bangalore office on 7th May and can be collected at the office. On seeking this confirmation, my father choose First Flight on 5th May morning. I was expecting it on Sat i.e. 7th May and I called up to customer care and enquired about my consignment no. U14806390 and came to know that my courier is still in Mumbai airport. I asked the customer care agent to lodge a complaint but she refused saying that it will be delivered to me on Monday and the complaint is taken after 48 hrs. On Monday (7th May), I did not receive my courier till 5 pm and I started calling up the customer care #. With great difficulty I got the line after an hour, till that time it was showing busy or rings but no one picks the call. On talking to the agent, I was been told that it should be delivered to my home by 7 p.m but to my dismay it was not. I asked the agent to give me the contact no. of delivery boy or communicate to him to deliver to my house on priority. She refused saying they don’t have the contact #s of the delivery boy.
I have not received the courier so far and I am sorry to say it’s a PATHETIC SERVICE. If it cannot be delivered it on time then it should have been told at first place, we could have looked for some other service provider. I was wondering how the company (if not the agent) do not have delivery boy #s. Not expected this from such a big organization who for getting business follows a wrong practice of LYING/HIDING FACTS to customer. It's a matter of SHAME!
