ONE PARCEL (BINOCULAR) HAS BEEN BOOKED FROM CHENNAI TO (my home address) NEW PANVEL, MAHARASHTRA THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICES .

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET and wrong information about the delivery is mentioned that, the track also said it had been delivered to “psingh on 05th feb.

Infact i have not received any parcel as of now.

on the Website (FirstFlight) that the item is delivered to me (Mr. p.singh).

what i have to do now. or how i will complaint to consumer court in new panvel, raigarh, maharashtra.
