My name is Puneet Sakhuja and my brother Prateek Sakhuja dispatched a courier from Jaipur for my address in Mumbai i.e. Bldg no. -1A, Flat no-901, DREAMS, LBS Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai-81 on 23rd June however it apparently got delivered to a wrong address by your delivery person. The courier consignment no is R13262518 which contains CD and other important documents which are critical for me. I have been following up with your staff in Mumbai and filed a complaint A280641 on June 25th'2010. So far I have spoken to Varsha, Rani and Poornima, some of them are extremely rude and non-cooperative. At times I have been told that I will get a callback and did not receive one, customer care does not have the address to which consignment got delivered and was told only delivery boy can tell and he is on leave.
I always considered First Flight as my first option and recommended to all known to me but this incident has deterred my confidence. Please help to trace and deliver it to my Mumbai address ASAP as it is extremely important to me. In case I loose my documents/ CD or do not get it right shape/size/weight, please be assured I will leave no stone unturned in escalating this matter. I will be obliged if I receive my courier ASAP.
