NON DELIVER OF CONSIGNMENT ON TIME

WORST... SERVICE, NEVER GO FOR FIRST FLIGHT COURIER . THEY DO FALSE COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER... FRAUDS...

This complaint is regarding first flight courier service, who has not delivered the consignment after even 5 days, from Hyderabad to Delhi, whereas they said it will be delivered within 24 hrs. Infect they received it next day in Delhi office, but it was not delivered due to "branch misroute" which was the status in their tracker website. They customer care service is very very poor, not picks up the phone at any point of time.
