I Reji Aravind was working in Bharti Airtel Ltd as an out source emloyee and i was emloyeed thru Addeco Flexione Ltd Bhopal. Ihad put the resgnation as i was directly appointed by the Airtel Ltd in Oct and i worked till Nov and i had applied for the PF refund for the period of i was emloyed thru Adecco Flexione on 15th April to the head office of Adeeco Flexione at Bangalore though till time i have not got any confirmation and i was taking regular follow up thru mail and phone on the same.
The Addeco people say we have deposited your form at the Provident Fund Commisioner Office on Aug and the same i had contacted at the Provident Fund Commisioner Office on phone but they had denied that they have not recevied any forms till date PF office person says that you have to contact the Addeco people at Bangalore office only, but the thing is that the Adecco support had given me the acknowledgement of the receving of the forms thru mail.
And the same vise-versa game is been played that you have to contact the pf office and at pf offcie they says you have to contact Addeco office
Respected sir i dont know what i have to do for my hard earned money to be refunded. Request you to please take necessary action for the same so that this type of practice not to be played with any body and from the last 1 year i dont know how much money i had wasted in making calls and going thru internet request you to please ask the other party to pay the compensation for same as i had faced mental tension from the last one year.
