Dear Sir,
My wife Gayatri applied for passport on 06.02.2011from Bareilly, U.P.Her File No. is A008355-11. Since 20 March'2011 It is showing on the portal that passport is going to dispatch but till now it is not dispatched. Now it is showing on the portal that it will be dispatch on 07.05.2011 today is 10.05.2011. I am unable to understand how to get the exact status. On customarcare nobody is responding. pls held me out
