few daysback i got an offer letter from GCI-enterprises which i have applied earliear in the month of nov 09 from an add in local news paper.here my dought is without any interview can any body be given an appointment letter that they r asking for a dd of amout 2850 rs to be payable at delhi, but i have submitted my resume to Deharudun.iam totally confused by their offer i cant contact anyone in that organisation as they didnot mention any contact no.so please kindly clarify my dought asap since last date for payment of dd is 15th feb thanks and regards
