The law is crystal clear that the passport application can be submitted through the representative, while submitting the application he must have his photoidentity. Even i am having the letter from the mea mumbai stating that there are no rules to debar you from the passport office, But while i went to submit the application on 10th July with proper authority letter from the applicant regional passport officer MR. V CHOUBEY refuse to give me the signature to submit the application, and insit me to give a letter, the same i gave in person to him, and said will reply, but till date i have not heard anything from him. What is the reason behind it to refuse to sign on application to submit the application, kindly consdier this a grivenace issue and reply me.
