Passport Complaint
Hi,
I am Anurag Agarwal and i have applied my mother passport on 11-Nov and all the verfications has been done within 15 days of applying but i didn't get my mother passport yet.
Till April, whenever i checked the passport status online it shows that " Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by 05-January. Subject to all documents being in order."
But now when i am checking it online, status has been changed and now its showing "Call on this office to complete the application form. In case of Minors, this could be done by parents”
My mother is ill and she cannot travel to the passport office.
Kindly help me to get this sorted out.
