I have been trying, since the past several months, to submit my mutation file to the North Goa Mamlatdar, but he keeps postponing the matter & refuses to accept the file.

To make matters worse, i have heard that this man is known for extorting money for getting your work done. In the event that you do not pay up, you have to make endless trips to the office, with frustrating results!

I DO NOT want to pay such officials money to do that work for which they are ALREADY being paid a "healthy" salary. That too is tax-payer money... MY money!! WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY HIM DOUBLY FOR JUST DOING HIS JOB???!!!

Ok... having got those frustrations out, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, so that I & several "harrassed" citizens like me, may enjoy our peace of mind.
