Passport not received

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my Passport Application Form on 12th Nov. My file no is A134433-08.

My police Report has been also cleard in April.

But yet i have not get my passport. The information regarding my Passport showed that "The Police report has been Submitted and passport will be deliverd in few weeks" till Aug. But after that period whenever i check my passport status it shows either your File no. is wrong or information is not available.

Please Do something in my favour. Waiting for your positive and emidiate response.
