Sub:- Physical and Mental Harassment of my Family members by
Mr. Gawade (Police Man) and Mr. & Mrs. Avinash Badale.
Respected sir,
We Mr. Ashok Yashwant paradkar and Mrs. Aditi Ashok Paradkar, Resident of Dombivali - West since last 07 years, give complaint against your Police Man Mr. Gawade, residing at B-101, Vighnesh park, Anmol Nagri, Garibachawada, Dombivali west - 421202, who is Harassing us on behalf of street Dog.
We would like to bring this to your kind notice that one stray dog are there around our Building premises. Due to these dogs, My family and child are facing regular Problems. The same has been run after the children’s/ladies and bark loudly in premises.
01. My wife 07th months pregnant suffering from Low BP not able to go down from stair-case freely.
02. My little child also have problem to go down stair for school freely.
03. My wife is mentally disturb due to this issue and fall down in KDMC - Municipal office while giving complaint against this dog and facing problem/Swelling in her Leg.
04. My family and I already complaint against these dog as on 12.07.2010 in KDMC, H Ward and Consumer complaint forum -pets and animals on Site.
05. I also given complaint regarding this to Chief Medical Officer, KDMC Kalyan.
06. Already submitted letter/given to local Corporator for the same in ward
Sir, we have some families in our building who has feed this unauthorized dog. They stay in Ground floor- Mr. Avinash and Pallavi Badale /First Floor - Mr. Gawade (Police Man) Of our building and we are in 3rd floor.
In spite of giving instruction 5 to 10 times asking them to take care they never do so and he call his friend Police mans at night 11.30 to take action against us, after long and heavy quarrel with me and my family.
This un-licensees dog comes out and seating on first floor, Dirty smell of his body barks and dog makes full of dirty stink of toilet and shit on stair-case premises and if we complaiting regarding the same, these persons says this dog not do the same. This dog roaming with lady-dogs and do shameless things in premises.
While given notice regarding such things to this police man and lady’s family, They all say's " Wo to Ab Jawaan Ho gaya Hai? " “ Man Need Sex, then Dog also wants the same! ”, Shameless lady and the policeman who support this lady.
This Policeman stay at 01st floor, threaten us by calling Police while he is not on duty and told me “I will show you my power", you don't know who I am?
In spite of taking action against this, they feed this dog every day and not able to take responsibility for the same. I also advice his children’s not to provide food in stair case premises but this man not able to listen for people.
His Police Friends also advice him not to do such work and advice me to give complaint against this dog in KDMC (Muncipal Comissioner) and I did the same, But this police Man and lady are not able to listen for the same.
One lady who has feeding this dog use dirty word who has complaint against this unauthorized dog and not able to take responsibility for the same. Both of them spoke Very harshly and rudely with us and told that this is my way of doing the things, you go and complaint anyone you want.
We are now get frustrated due to the same behavior of Your Police Man and Lady who feeding food in Stair-case premises. But till then the Police Man and his family was in a vindictive approach towards us and told that he will see to it and give a lesson to us and making bull-shit gossips against my family.
In case of any Emergency/or any medical situation against my wife is happened in this Pregnant situation before or after due date or any hurt to my Child.
Kindly take responsible for the same to those family members who feed food to this street dog and your police Man also.
I request your good selves to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
