Charges have been collected from me to informe me about the delivery of gas. And i got two messages, one at the time of booking mentioning my booking No and second as the gas will be delivered within 48 hours. But till this time thae same has not been delivered at my home. why do they collect the sum to inform me this. I want gas. But they want money without rending their service. so earnest steps may be taken to give me gas at the earliest. My consumer is No.503368 with gas agency (04812539483 and 04812539482).
