Excess Billing of Delhi Jal Board Bill

Delhi Jal Board has been sending me excess Bill continuously Bill mentioning arrearsof Rs. 614 although I already paid the arrears at UPSC post office on 11-2 No. 1952. The Delhi Jal Board has again sent me the bill mentioned arrears of Rs.614 as per details given below:
