Dear Sir,
The application is ready in all respect for submission but the person available at the counter of GPO, Ahmedabad is not ready to accept the application with marriage affidavit. He replied he will accept all female applications with marriage registration certificate only and will only accept with marriage affidavit if she married before 1980 whereas NO such information available on booklet. Pl look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I had visited GPO, Salapose Road, Ahmedabad for submission of passport application form of my wife alongwith allsupporting documents viz Post Office Savings A/c Pass Book, My PassPort, Education Qualification certificates, School Leaving Certificte, Affidavit of M arriage, but the person available at the counter has refused to registration certificate compulsorily where NO such information is availabe any where. I visited RPO on wednesday, as enquiries can not be made on wednesday and friday I was unable to contact enquiry counter. I noted the contents mentioned on the wall that there are somany centres for submition of passport application form but on visit at Bapunagar Post Office I had been replied that they do not accept any passport application form.
Sir, I have some querries and wanted to know what enclosures are needed alongwith application form of my wife.
My name is Khan Shahid Chaman S/o Mohammed Iqbal and I am an advocate and having valid passport wherein the name of my Father, Mother and my Wife is already mentioned. My wife name is FARHANA BEGUM as per school certificate upto 12th (Higher Secondary) we got married on 02.07.1989 and the name of my wife has been mentioned as KHAN FARHANA BEGUM on my passport.
Pl let me know the enclosures required alongwith passport application form.
