Fradulent refund of excess lease rent to non owner of my property

Sir,

The property bearing address b-144, Sector Omicrone II, Greater Noida (scheme BHS-0674324) registered in the name of myself and my sone i.e. Mrs Neeta Badhwar and Akshay Badhwar. The above property got registered in my name in June.

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) issued notification that excess lease rental charged on the above property shall be refunded back to the owner after june. We have been writing to GNIDA for payment of refund of excess lease rental since March but no response been received.

On contacting over phone the Mgr (Property) over phone in Feb it has been infomred that refund of Rs.274104/- (Rupees Two lakh sevety four thousand one hundred and four) had been paid to Mrs Renu Aggarwal vide cheque no.193880 dated 31.1.11 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Greater Noida. It had been paid to her based on submission of our consent that the payment be made to Mrs Renu Aggarwal. Sir, we have not given any consent for our payment be made to Mrs Renu Aggarwal. Mrs Renu Aggarwal had submitted forged document of consent bearing our signatures as seen by us in the file of GNIDA when we visited their office on 13th March. But it came to us as surprise as how can GNIDA can pay my refund to non-owner in her name. GNIDA did not inform us even after so many reminders about the status of refund. it is only in Feb they informed us that payment been made to a third person. Sir, we have been writing to GNIDA to pay us the amount of Rs.274104/-along with penal interest but till date payment has not been made to us. It is requested that please help us to get us our legitimate claim of RS.274104/- along with interest from GNIDA.
