As of now Uttar pardesh is one of the top Corrupt State in India, All of the government officers are demanding bribe openly & fear the people of BSP Rule.
Hapur Pilkhua Developement Authority is doing a great job of demanding bribe & threatning the common man on even repairing the small houses.
The J.E of HPDA are not willing to pass the maps & ask pepole to pay the bribe. As per the rules 40 Sq. Mts. of Residential area / 15 Sq. Mtr. of Commercial area is exampted from MAP approval but they are demanding bribe in Lacks to get it permitted.
Hapur Pilkhua Developement Authority dont have any role in the developement of Hapur area & most of the city is established a while ago. So in the OLD area neither the HPDA have constructed any Roads, Seaver & other facilities.
Their only business is to do the collection from general public.
