Dear concerned,
Electricity board has provided a number on which one would never be able to connect to them. We have voltage fluctuation problem and it remains unattended from past few week. People in the department are highly irresponsible, ask for bribe, impolite and when you complaint against them they threaten by all means. In this dipping temperature one is unable to have a sound sleep after the hectic schedule since its impossible to have your appliances working properly. I would request you to ask some literate people in the department to look into the matter and get this rectified.
