Sir,
This mail is regarding smooth redressal of a complaint for a product purchased from a Direct souvenir shop located at Delhi's Prime Rajiv Chowk Metro staion. It is my ulmost sad and disheartening experience of having shopped a so called handicraft item that was actually of dubious quality and packed in attractive packet to befool the customer. Moreover the purchase amount being low does not give any right to the store assistants to misbehave and refuse any redressal on approaching through phone. It is my earnest request to the concerned authorities to take action as early as possible for maintainig customer faith in this public sector undertaking.
