Prunning of tree

Hi

I would highly appreciate if some one could tell me which office in MCD (for tilak nagar area) I should contact for pruning this massive overgrown tree at the back of our house. Not only the branches have covered all the street lights, it also restricts the day light. Beside that, tons of fallen leaves are a nuisance i.e. breeding ground for deadly pests.
