Wrong transfer of name

I am a owner of house in nagar nigam in avas vikas coloney west shahpur gorakhpur, house no is 302, i paid the tax regularily, and a case is lying before civil judje senior division, and my name was registered by nagar nigam in 2006 but due to some corrupted people of nagar nigam it was again transfered to someone else, so please register my issue and help me to resolve it, i have orders of nagar nigam indicating that further assistance would be given on the direction of court
