I Jyothi Mendu an ex-employee of ICICI Bank Ltd., would like to bring to your notice that the

Pension cheque that you have issued to ICICI Bank was returned due to the closure of my Salary

Account.(VIde DD NO 170886 of Rs. 11, 604/- ) to PF office Mumbai.

I had requested for the re-issue of Pension cheque to my Saving's Account 004001011944-Madhapur Branch, Hyderabad on 10th Dec'09.SO far there is no credit to my Account. So kindly look into this matter and do the needful
