No response form income tax efiling

Dear sir,

I had contacted the [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; for the error in the name that is shown on the website of the e-filing after me logging in with my login and passwd. Have contacted several time on the all the above email id’s and sent reminder mails but no response is come even after 20 days. I also contact the call center number no on 0124-2438000, at least 5 times and very time a new ticket number is given and a false commitment is given, all the three email id’s were given to me by the call center and no one is responding, it two days now from the date I had contacted the incometax e-fling people, and it was told to me that within 48 hours the job will be done. I have received a letter from CPC Bangalore for the error in the name and had given me 15 days tie which is already passed. Please help to reolve the issue. m
