As per Return submitted Rs 2640/ is Refundable.

TDS Rs 2829/ deducted by PMO Pali is not credited and displaying under 26 AS.

I have served Notice to PMO but it was informed that online submission is not accepted by IncomeTax site

I have submitted details through e-mails and also wrote letter to CPC Banglore along with original Form No 16 and Schedule of deduction and credit to bank account in favour of Income Tax Dept.

I also contacted local ITO but as the return was submitted on line, he showed his helplessness and advised to contact CPC Banglore.

I do not understand what to do because neither CPC Banglore nor DDO PMO Pali is responding to my request. There is not my fault and I included income received from PMO Pali despite TDS was not displaying under 26 As.
