Efund of amount of 2005

Submitted Income Tax return file during the session 05 and amount of rs 3245/ ask to refund from income tax. but no action has been taken till date. I have written two letters, out of One letter sent thru speed post.one letter sent thru my income tax lawyer. but no body take interested in this matter. kindly help me and refund this small amount with interest,
