Non receipt of IT refund filed on 27 Jul vide serial No. 309644

I, R. Ramesh, have filed IT return for 2009 at Tambaram Income Tax Office on 27 July vide No. 309644 for an amount of Rs. 7552/-. (Reference: Income tax office, Tambaram range, Ward I-(3) salary on 27 Jul). However the said amount is not yet refunded despite completion of almost two years. I request you to kindly address the issue and send me the refund cheque at an early date.
