Not recieved refund for Assessment year 10

This is Sujit Mallick. My PAN No is "AQQPM8659K".

I have filed my return of income for the assessment year 2010 with refund of Rs 4, 507/- at Income Tax Office,

Ward No 2 (1),

Cuttack (Odisha) on 13 July 09 receipted vide 2512.

Till now I didn't receive my refund.
