Whether any action has been taken on the complaints which are mentioned in this foroum??? or simply writing for self satisfaction

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that refund of income tax has not been done for the assessment years 2009 -10

I, Mr DEEPAK SWARN (PAN No. AZHPS4347L) have filed my returns on 20.09. ITO ward no.7 (3) at vadodara.

The refund of taxes which have not been done is as follows;

1. 10 Rs.5620/-

Even i am continiously in touch with Income tax persons regarding this and i have submitted enough documents as required by them from Bank also. As income tax persons are saying that "the tax which i paid is not credited in NSDL".

now they are saying there system from DELHI is not working.

Kindly tell me where is the fault of ordinay person who is paying Income Tax and waiting for number of years for refund if any.
