Delivery of cylinder on its date

I am the resident of R.H.B, Bhiwadi. Here in Bhiwadi the service&delivery of cylinder is not been on time..As all over in Rajasthan on 21 day the cylinders are delivered automatically... but in Bhiwadi after booking also the delivery is late by almost 10-15 days of assigned date...

please pay efforts on my complaint as soon as possible...
