Consumer No. 24613, RD Has Agency, Bangal Bazar, Lucknow. &- Booking was made over phone 10days back - no supply of gas till date & On enquiry over phone, they advised to come to their office alongwith the coupon. and refused to do even a fresh booking over phone. &- As there is no member in my family to go their office for showing the coupon &-- This nullifies the facility of booking over phone &- We are being harrassed on account of their malpractices. & Concrete action is expected.
